Wynand started his career in stormwater at Stormwater360 in 2019. After studies in psychology and B-commerce, followed by an MBA, he has strategically steered his career towards blending his passion for people & relationships, business strategy and sustainable development, working alongside both industry leaders and national government bodies to influence policy and drive impactful change within the respective sectors.

Miles comes from a broad career background with varied managerial roles in both local and international manufacturing companies. For over fifteen years Miles has been involved in the Filtration industry, holding senior roles in production, sales, and marketing prior to joining Stormwater360. Experienced in the specification, troubleshooting and maintenance of filters for air, dust extraction and now Stormwater. Miles oversees the operational aspects of the business, the production and our maintenance programme. Miles has learnt from the best at Stormwater360, online by overseas experts and through extensive field experience.

Kevin Jonathan, a seasoned Senior Engineer with over 10 years of experience at Stormwater360, specializes in designing, inspecting, maintaining, researching, and improving stormwater management systems. He collaborates closely with clients, regulators, and stakeholders in delivering innovative solutions across diverse sectors, ensuring they meet specific project needs and requirements. He has worked with residential subdivisions, commercial developments, industrial projects to Council’s roading, state highways, and infrastructure projects.

Theunis started at Stormwater360 in June 2024. As a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in various industries in South Africa and New Zealand, Theunis is committed to maintaining the highest levels of financial integrity and compliance. His passion for driving results extends beyond the numbers, as he works closely with leadership teams to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency. Whether managing complex financial processes or offering strategic insights, Theunis consistently strives to deliver value and foster long-term success.

Dirk du Bois has spent the last 30 years immersed in a multi-discipline engineering environment. Possessing qualifications as a civil and structural designer, Dirk du Bois is a registered Architectural Technologist with the South African Council of Architectural Professionals. Dirk du Bois has accumulated a wealth of experience, serving in various capacities such as a 3D designer, site supervisor, and later as a design office manager. Dirk joined us at the end of 2022, and now leads as the Design Manager of our engineering team.

Michaela embarked on her marketing career in New Zealand after a decade of overseas travel, after completing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminology. Joining the Stormwater360 team 11 years ago, she has been instrumental in establishing the Stormwater360 brand in New Zealand and spearheading the expansion of the international business in North America. With a deep passion for the people, the environment, and the company's mission, this role aligns perfectly with her aspirations.

Joining the Company in June of 2015, Anton has developed a solid understanding of the needs and requirements of our clients and excels in providing practical solutions, backed by our expert team. Anton looks at Strategic Solutions for Business Development at a National level whilst also helping grow the Stormwater360 group in Australia and abroad.

Yohanus completed his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Yohanus discovered his passion for environmental and water-related challenges early in his studies. He is driven by the mission of safeguarding our waterways and ensuring their protection for future generations. His role specialises in stormwater management with a focus on stormwater quality treatment. With a track record of successfully designing numerous stormwater treatment devices to meet local regulations and site-specific requirements, Yohanus brings a holistic approach to each project, striving for optimal environmental outcomes.

Julia has eight years of industry experience in consulting and local government sectors. Her MSc in Engineering Geology was applied to her geotechnical work at Beca before transitioning into the Waters industry with Waipā District Council in 2020. She has finally found her niche in stormwater, joining Stormwater360 in 2023. Julia is passionate about spending time outdoors and keeping New Zealand beautiful.

Josh joined Stormwater360 as an intern while completing his Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering, and has since progressed to a Cadet Engineer role. He contributes to the company’s research and development through testing, prototyping, and product evaluation of stormwater treatment systems across both laboratory and field settings. Josh is passionate about sustainable engineering and developing solutions that help protect New Zealand’s waterways and natural environment.

Suzie Lamb has come to Stormwater 360 from a contractor-focused role offering civil pipeline and infrastructure solutions within the Waikato region.
Being at Stormwater360 allows Suzie to be a part of the full process, from design to installation and commissioning, which presents a new level of job satisfaction.
Prior to this, Suzie was based in Auckland, making sales and project-managing residential new builds and high-end renovations.

Gavin Bratty brings a passion for building client relationships and supporting sustainable solutions to protect our waterways. With previous experience in sales and customer service, he focuses on understanding client needs and delivering effective solutions alongside our expert team. Through site visits, coordinating with contractors, and providing design specifications, He's dedicated to advancing Stormwater360’s mission of ensuring cleaner water and healthier ecosystems through innovative products and strong partnerships.

Anna has over 10 years’ of experience working in the construction industry in New Zealand. She was involved in many aspects of the project lifecycle, especially project delivery and contract administration. As a nature lover, Stormwater360’s vision aligns well with Anna’s personal values. She has previously received engineering training which makes her invaluable in interpreting drawings and technical information.

Nicola has over six years of marketing experience working across different industries. Her conjoint in Bachelor of Business Studies and Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Human Nutrition provides a foundation of knowledge. Nicola is passionate about protecting the environment which makes Stormwater360 the perfect fit.
