Founders
Mike Hannah
Co-founder, Managing Director and Technical Engineer
Determined to deliver innovative stormwater solutions, Mike established Stormwater360 with Greg Yeoman in 1996. A crusader for cleaner waters, he was instrumental in introducing the first international stormwater technology to New Zealand. Mike is very passionate about stormwater and over the past 28 years has designed, implemented, and tested numerous stormwater solutions across the globe and was named Water New Zealand Stormwater Professional of the Year in 2021. He loves anything to do with the water and in his spare time can be found fishing and diving.
Greg Yeoman
Co-founder, Director and Designer
Greg is one of the original visionaries of Stormwater360. He has a Bachelor of Architecture and a design background as well as 20 years’ involvement in stormwater management. He is also the director of Stormwater360’s green infrastructure programme and our lead green-roof designer. Greg is passionate about the environment and developing new technologies to protect our water.

Wynand started his career in stormwater at Stormwater360 in 2019. After studies in psychology and B-commerce, followed by an MBA, he has strategically steered his career towards blending his passion for people & relationships, business strategy and sustainable development, working alongside both industry leaders and national government bodies to influence policy and drive impactful change within the respective sectors.
Dee Nel
Financial, Admin & HR Manager
Dee has been an integral part of the Stormwater360 family for the past 16 years. Joining the team with an unwavering commitment, Dee has been instrumental in the growth and success of the organization. Starting as a dedicated administrative professional, she has evolved into a multifaceted Financial, Admin, and HR Manager. With a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for her work, Dee continues to be an essential pillar in the company's ongoing success. Her commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication to Stormwater360's mission make her an inspiring leader and a cherished member of the team.
Miles Henderson
Operation, Production and Maintenance Manager
Miles comes from a broad career background with varied managerial roles in both local and international manufacturing companies. For over fifteen years Miles has been involved in the Filtration industry, holding senior roles in production, sales, and marketing prior to joining Stormwater360. Experienced in the specification, troubleshooting and maintenance of filters for air, dust extraction and now Stormwater. Miles oversees the operational aspects of the business, the production and our maintenance programme. Miles has learnt from the best at Stormwater360, online by overseas experts and through extensive field experience.
Kevin Jonathan
Senior Engineer - Technical
Kevin Jonathan, a seasoned Senior Engineer with over 10 years of experience at Stormwater360, specializes in designing, inspecting, maintaining, researching, and improving stormwater management systems. He collaborates closely with clients, regulators, and stakeholders in delivering innovative solutions across diverse sectors, ensuring they meet specific project needs and requirements. He has worked with residential subdivisions, commercial developments, industrial projects to Council’s roading, state highways, and infrastructure projects.
Michaela Kerr
Group Marketing Manager
Michaela embarked on her marketing career in New Zealand after a decade of overseas travel, after completing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminology. Joining the Stormwater360 team 11 years ago, she has been instrumental in establishing the Stormwater360 brand in New Zealand and spearheading the expansion of the international business in North America. With a deep passion for the people, the environment, and the company's mission, this role aligns perfectly with her aspirations.
Anton Carr
National Sales Strategy and Business Development Manager
Joining the Company in June of 2015, Anton has developed a solid understanding of the needs and requirements of our clients and excels in providing practical solutions, backed by our expert team. Anton looks at Strategic Solutions for Business Development at a National level whilst also helping grow the Stormwater360 group in Australia and abroad.

Dirk Du Bois
Stormwater Design Consultant
Dirk du Bois has spent the last 30 years immersed in a multi-discipline engineering environment. Possessing qualifications as a civil and structural designer, Dirk du Bois is a registered Architectural Technologist with the South African Council of Architectural Professionals. Dirk du Bois has accumulated a wealth of experience, serving in various capacities such as a 3D designer, site supervisor, and later as a design office manager. At the end of 2022, Dirk du Bois embraced a new opportunity to join the engineering team at Stormwater360 as a Stormwater Design Consultant.
Yohanus Bogale
Environmental Product and Design Engineer
Yohanus completed his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Yohanus discovered his passion for environmental and water-related challenges early in his studies. He is driven by the mission of safeguarding our waterways and ensuring their protection for future generations. His role specialises in stormwater management with a focus on stormwater quality treatment. With a track record of successfully designing numerous stormwater treatment devices to meet local regulations and site-specific requirements, Yohanus brings a holistic approach to each project, striving for optimal environmental outcomes.
Julia Watson
Research and Development and Regulatory Engineer
Julia has eight years of industry experience in consulting and local government sectors. Her MSc in Engineering Geology was applied to her geotechnical work at Beca before transitioning into the Waters industry with Waipā District Council in 2020. She has finally found her niche in stormwater, joining Stormwater360 in 2023. Julia is passionate about spending time outdoors and keeping New Zealand beautiful.
Suzie Lamb
Sales Lead - Waikato & Bay of Plenty
Suzie Lamb has come to Stormwater 360 from a contractor-focused role offering civil pipeline and infrastructure solutions within the Waikato region.
Being at Stormwater360 allows Suzie to be a part of the full process, from design to installation and commissioning which presents a new level of job satisfaction.
Prior to this, Suzie was based in Auckland making sales and project-managing residential new builds and high-end renovations.

Sammy Hurrell
Sales Associate - Wellington and South Island
Sammy brings with her a wealth of experience from the Pipeline Inspections industry, where she specialized in CCTV and Pipeline servicing. Sammy's hands-on experience in drainage and her comprehensive knowledge of pipeline systems position her as an asset. Her ability to understand the intricacies of the field enhances our team's capability to provide tailored solutions to our clients in the Wellington and South Island Region.
Anna Li
Sales Associate - Internal
Anna has over 10 years’ of experience working in the construction industry in New Zealand. She was involved in many aspects of the project lifecycle, especially project delivery and contract administration. As a nature lover, Stormwater360’s vision aligns well with Anna’s personal values. She has previously received engineering training which makes her invaluable in interpreting drawings and technical information.
Nicola Hogarth
Marketing Assistant
Nicola has over six years of marketing experience working across different industries. Her conjoint in Bachelor of Business Studies and Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Human Nutrition provides a foundation of knowledge.
